Pinoy Xpress partners with suppliers and product sourcing companies from different countries in order to provide the best quality at the most competitive prices for each items we have in store.
Rest assured that all of our products are legit and authentic. Some of our products are also our own either through franchise or our own design. We also have some products which are exclusively sold by us.
WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM?
We store our products in our warehouse and send them to our buyers. Our trusted suppliers are from any of these countries:
South Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Philippines, Singapore, Japan, Australia and United States of America.
DO YOU DELIVER VIA CASH-ON-DELIVERY?
Yes! Pinoy Xpress offers Cash-on-Delivery Nationwide.
CAN YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES?
Pinoy Xpress can only accept and deliver orders within the Philippines. For people who wants to order from us please visit our International Store at https://pinoy-xpress.com.
However, not all of our products in Pinoy Xpress are available in our International Store. Also, a lot of our products in our International Store are not available locally.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Pinoy Xpress has a fixed shipping fee of PhP 150.00 per transaction. Delivery time may take 3 - 7 business days.

CAN I STILL CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your package is not yet picked up by either Ninja Van, JRT Express or LBC from our warehouse, we can still cancel it. However, if the package has already been handed over, cancellation is no longer possible.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES ON MY ORDER?
If your package is still in Pinoy Xpress' Warehouse, you can request for changes by contacting Customer Support. However, if the package has already been handed over to either Ninja Van, JRT Express or LBC, we can no longer do any form of changes.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER OR EXCHANGE IT TO SOMETHING ELSE?

DO YOU DO WHOLESALE PRICING FOR RETAILERS?
As of the moment, Pinoy Xpress does not offer special or discounted prices for people who want to be retailers of the products that we sell.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
No we don't. Pinoy Xpress is an Online Exclusive Store.
DO YOU DO MEETUP?
Sorry we don't meet and transact. Pinoy Xpress only transacts online either automatically or through the assistance of one of our Live Chat Representatives via Facebook Messenger.
